Who we are

In Part I of this article series, I introduced some well-known techniques and Web 2.0 concepts, along with personalization, which can be applied also to optimize a web-based Brand Management Portal of a company in involving its users and their background. I talked about giving employees and partners more opportunities to produce and consume information while interacting with the marketing platforms of their own organization like sharing content, sharing personal expertise, finding individually relevant content within seconds and many other benefits.
